We provide Learnerships which are in the form of structured learning programmes that are linked to a qualification.
We will handle all administration and compliance elements for our clients. This can be hosted on sight or off site should the client not have capacity.
What we do:
- End to end learnership solutions, including recruitment, training & workplace management
- We find better quality candidates to participate in the programme through our readiness/employability training and recruitment process.
- Onsite and Offsite Learnership hosting Solutions
- We match our candidates with the labour needs of the lead or host employer depending on the type of learnership agreed
- We provide training, facilitation, assessment and moderation as per SETA guidelines
- Registration of learners with the relevant SETA
- We offer structured support to learners throughout the Learnership programme
- We provide monthly Progress Reports on the learnership programme
- Monthly Progress Site visits to understand progress of the learners within the learnership
- We ensure attendance registers on each of the learners for payroll purposes as well as payroll support.
